If you lived here...
You'll be enjoying all the benefits of the ingenious Warner design, the brainchild of Walthamstow's first mayor. Your dedicated front door still sports the original ironwork, while step inside and you have your first bedroom on the right, with a striking vintage ebony hearth and mantel taking centre stage. Next door, bedroom two is another double with charming statement wallpaper and another classic hearth.
To the rear, your reception has leafy green garden views and the same blonde hardwood that runs underfoot throughout, with all three rooms nicely balanced at around 110 square feet apiece; either bedroom can serve as a second reception or vice versa. Your kitchen's smartly decked out in slate grey underfoot, matching splashback and a handsome suite of limed oak cabinets, while your bathroom's surprisingly spacious and features a large L-shaped tub. Finally, your garden's a sizeable mix of decking and lawn, accessible via the side return.
Outside and as well as Lloyd Park on your doorstep you have our bustling hub of Bell Corner just a half mile away on foot. Here you have a convergence of handy bus routes, independent cafes, supermarkets and the pride of Walthamstow's gastropub fleet, The Bell. Serving up delicious food in family friendly surroundings. Head down our main thoroughfare of Hoe Street and the comprehensive transport links of Walthamstow Central are just another ten minute stroll for fast, direct and regular services to central London and the City.
- Whatever your sport of choice, the Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre has you covered, with multi million pound facilities including pools, gym, health suite, athletics track, climbing walls and more. All just five minutes away.

A word from the owner....
"I have loved living in my Warner flat which has great space and light and has seen me through from being a young first time buyer to a Mum with a growing boy. I appreciate being so well connected for transport into London while feeling part of a smaller town community in Walthamstow. The best thing about the flat is the close proximity to beautiful Lloyds park and the West facing garden which is sheltered and an oasis of calm. I will miss the flat and my neighbours but will treasure the memories."
