Description:

***vendors comments*** "We have lived in this house for seven years and have enjoyed the time we have lived here. It started off with just the two of us and eventually, we turned into a family of four which was perfect as there was plenty of space to fill.

We always saw the potential in this house. We could see it had beams of natural light and was on a quiet tree-lined street with plenty of families that occupied the houses. This was a major point when buying in the area of us, in making sure that we were happy to raise our family in a quiet and safe area; Godalming Avenue felt right despite looking at neighbouring roads.

Over the years, we have worked to make this house a home through extensive renovation, mainly creating an open space for social dining and making it a hub for family and friends to gather. We enjoy the lounge area and our large sofas where we often gather for movie nights - the local convenience store is a stone’s throw away, so we are never short of a snack selection.

During the Summer we are always at Mellows Park where we would have Picnics, play football, rounders and often eat at the Pavilion Café, amongst many of the other locals who live in the area.

Transport is brilliant and a short bus ride will get you into Croydon for onward travel into London or Gatwick, and Waddon train station is just 15mins away for direct trains into London. We were spoiled for some amazing schools that are located nearby, making this house a perfect choice for families if catchment areas are important."
