Description:

***Vendors comments*** "I remember buying this house and it was like a dream come true. I really learned a lot about myself in this home. When I originally purchased this property I was a career woman, then over the years I have became a career mum with three wonderful children. We then extended the once two bedroom house into a four bedroom family home. We have heated flooring downstairs, spotlights in the kitchen (ceiling and skirting), with red being my favourite colour along with red furnishings. We even had a downstairs loo added with a red toilet seat.

We extended the loft space two years ago, creating a bedroom with a large four piece, fully tiled en-suite shower-room. I also redecorated the main bathroom on the first floor. Instead of one bathroom, we now have a large home with three bathrooms.

We invested lots into our home including a brand new kitchen extension two years ago with beautiful quartz worktops, lighting and plenty cupboard storage space.

Originally, we were going to have my nanny stay downstairs, converting the downstairs 2nd reception into a bedroom room with an en-suite for her to live in. This is currently used as a spare bedroom and my work from home office.

The garden is a great size for our children with a large trampoline in the back, artificial low maintenance grass which has allowed us to enjoy the south facing aspect. We have had quite a few parties out there too.

When I worked in the city it was so convenient as the train stations are literally five mins away, giving access to London and kent with the convenience of Lidl only a two min walk and Sainsburys five min walk. There are lots of shops, restaurants and other places so close by. There are at least three parks that are within easy access and are perfect for walking dogs and for the kids to play and exercise.

My husband is a chef who was accredited by Sandals resort in Jamaica, so the kitchen has always been maintained to an extremely high hygiene standard and due to my back issues we installed individual adult height double ovens, so you never have to bend down too low when cooking.

In the top floor master bedroom we feel we did not spare any expense. It has wood flooring throughout and carpet on the stairs. My sons room was the old master bedroom and is a great size, my daughters room although slightly smaller has a huge built in closet so all you need is a double bed and chest of drawers. It’s a nice size room, especially with the bay window overlooking the drive.

As a driver I absolutely hate parking restrictions. The best thing is that you have a drive for your car and the road has no restrictions and free parking.

I really love this house and wish our sons new school was nearby, this would have allowed us to live here for many more years".
